			<description>1. Meat - Haha, I&#039;ll do fine wif this, basically d oni meat I consume most of the times r chicken, n ofcoz fish, I dun eat pork, duck, etc.Lol.
2. High-calorie foods and fats- Honestly, I dun, coz I dun rly care, =p, yea, very bad, so I rly duno which is high cabs which isn&#039;t...
3. Sugary foods- Hmm, regarding this, most of the starch we consume is from the rice, so y nt try eating less rice?
4. Fried foods - Hmm, once in awhile oni, coz weather so hot, aiyo, wait ulcer la, sore throat la...
5. BBQ - Dun like bbq, so it&#039;s ok.
6. Smoking and alcohols - I dun do either..^^

1. Take small sips of ginger water daily  - Hate ginger, d oni ginger drk I drk is eno when I need to.
2. Consume MANYAK MANYAK proteins, Vitamins and Minerals! - Evrythg except milk, lol...
3. Fruits and Vegetables-  Fruits lots, veges moderate...
4. Take Oatmeal everyday - Yea, I do in the morn..^^
5. Whole Grains - Sometimes, it&#039;s expensive lor...
6. Bean or vegetables Soups - dun like beans, veges are ok.
7. Unpolluted Water and green tea - green tea doesn&#039;t rly taste nice, hehe...

1. Get moving! -Anythg is ok, not dance...
2. Chew your foods slowly and keep the portions moderate - Hmm, not gud at BITING my foods into smaller portions...
3. Happy everyday! - Working on it...
